Benie Khan is Chief Executive Officer and Operations Manager for FedHome Loan Centers. She has been in real estate since 2004 and has closed over 1900 loans (NMLS: 514636) and consulted with over 1000 professionals nationwide. She specializes in working with government home loans and first-time home buyers. Benie started as a Loan Officer for an FDIC bank, where she was awarded rookie of the year. Since has added years of industry experience to her ongoing record of outstanding customer service.

Philip Georgiades is the Chief Real Estate Agent for FedHome Loan Centers. He has been representing borrowers, buyers and sellers for 21 years and has completed over 4,000 real estate transactions. Phil is a Licensed Real Estate Agent (01305290) and a Certified Real Estate Trainer and Development Coach. He has contributed to the VA’s agent training materials. In addition, his insights have been featured in many publications, including The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, and Forbes.

Guy Troxler is the Chief Operating Officer for FedHome Loan Centers. He has a degree in communications from the University of North Carolina. He is licensed through the NMLS (1642169) and BRE (02048319), and is a Certified Mortgage Development Coach. Guy has experience working with all types of mortgages. In particular, he specializes in government home loans and working with first-time home buyers.

Bruce Babcock is an Attorney at Law as well as a California Real Estate & Mortgage Broker (1235592). Bruce has spent the past 41 years practicing family law and working as an attorney for real estate and mortgages. In order to help out with his family’s real estate business, he became licensed as a real estate at the age of 16. In 1978, Bruce went on to become a licensed attorney. He prides himself on being a sole practitioner who deals directly with all of his clients.

Robin Goralka is the Assistant Editor for FedHome Loan Centers. She has an MA in Literature from UC Santa Cruz. Robin is putting her research and writing skills to work to help explain the ins and outs of the home loan process.
